Age Relaxation: There is no age relaxation allowed.

Selection Procedure

1. Computer Based Test – The question paper will be computer based with a total of 50 questions, each question carrying 01 mark. The question paper will be bilingual (Hindi and English) and objective type. The question paper will consist of two sections i.e. ‘Science and Mathematics’ and General Awareness. The duration of the exam will be 30 minutes.
2. Physical Exam – Shortlisted candidates in the Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET) examination will be called for Phase II. It is mandatory to qualify the Physical Fitness Test (PFT) for selection. Candidates undergoing PFT will do so at their own risk. Stage-II will be conducted in the designated Indian Navy’s centers.
3. Medical Exam – Recruitment medical examination will be conducted for the candidates who qualify. Candidates who qualify the recruitment medical examination will be considered for the merit list.
4. Merit / Cutoff – Merit list will be prepared on the basis of performance in Phase-II written examination, subject to qualification in Physical Fitness Test and Recruitment Medical Examination.

• Qualification : Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics and Physics from a recognized board with minimum 50% marks. OR Passed Three years diploma course in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobiles/Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) from a recognized Polytechnic Institute with 50% marks. OR Passed Two years Vocational Course with Non-vocational subject viz, Physics and Mathematics from a recognized Board with 50% marks.

Agniveer MR (Chef / Steward / Hygienist)

• Qualification : Candidate must have passed Matriculation Examination (10th) with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board.
