1. Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: 12th pass, ITI, Diploma
• Skills: Basic knowledge of water purification processes
• Age Limit: “18 to 35 years”

2. Salary & Compensation:

• Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month
• Allowances: Travel allowance, food allowance
• Incentives: Any performance-based incentives, bonuses, or rewards

3. Selection Process:

• Step 1: Shortlisting based on resume screening
• Step 2: Written test or technical assessment (for technical roles)
• Step 3: Personal interview or technical interview with the department head
• Step 4: Final interview with HR for salary negotiations and joining formalities

Candidates selected will receive a confirmation email or call from the HR department within 7 days of the interview process.
