Working Hours
- General working hours are eight hours a day.
- Workweek: five to six days, depending on shifts

Requirements for Production Employees
- A technical education or an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) qualification is advantageous; a minimum of 10 or 12 grade education is required.
- A diploma or degree in the pertinent technical discipline is required for technical staff.
- A bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a related discipline and management experience are requirements for positions at the management level.
Minimum Age Requirement
- 18 years old
- 35 years old is the maximum age.
- Age relaxation for ex-servicemen and members of restricted groups (SC, ST, and OBC) in accordance with government regulations.
