Key Responsibilities

1. Tractor Driving:

• Conduct road tests, power tests, and brake tests on Mahindra tractors.
• Drive tractors on various terrains and road conditions to evaluate performance.
• Report any issues or anomalies encountered during testing to the technical team.

2. Power Testing:

• Test the power output and efficiency of tractors under different loads.
• Ensure the tractors meet specified power performance standards.
• Record data and provide feedback to engineers for further improvements.

3. Brake Testing:

• Perform comprehensive brake tests to ensure safety and reliability.
• Evaluate braking performance under different speeds and conditions.
• Document results and suggest any necessary adjustments.

4. Road Testing:

• Conduct thorough road tests to assess overall tractor performance.
• Drive tractors over specified routes to evaluate handling, comfort, and stability.
• Communicate test results to the quality assurance team.

5. Training Participation:

• Actively participate in the two-month training program provided by Mahindra.
• Learn about tractor mechanics, testing procedures, and safety protocols.
• Apply training knowledge to real-world testing scenarios.

6. Adherence to Safety Standards:

• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during testing.
• Ensure proper use of safety equipment and measures.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
